The Auto Clinic team provides oil changes, brake repair and can visually inspect minor car issues. Labor is free, and the car owner pays for any needed parts.
We repair donated bicycles and provide them, free of charge, to Healing Center guests in need of transportation.
The WearHouse at the Healing Center provides guests with the opportunity to select clothing and household items one time per calendar month.
Classes are offered to anyone in the community even if they are not regular Healing Center guests. Anyone with a thirst for learning may attend.
Trained financial coaches are available to help people take the first steps in managing their money or getting out of debt.
The Marketplace at the Healing Center is a place where guests are welcomed in to receive personal care items and groceries, such as meat, fresh fruits and vegetables every other week.
We provide health care resources including vision screening and eyeglasses, blood pressure/blood sugar screening, quarterly mammogram screenings, and health care events.
If you need help with your job search, with skills to retain or adjust for your current job, or with finding fulfillment in your work, there are trained job coaches available to help with resumes, interviewing skills, job search skills, and career planning.
The Kids ClubHouse is a safe place for kids to sing, play, and enjoy having fun while parents meet with staff or attend classes at the Healing Center.
The Healing Center is known for assisting individuals in obtaining help for practical needs but we have much more to offer. It is our desire to minister to the whole person and that includes spiritual support.
Support groups are available at various times throughout the week, including: Boundaries Grief Support, 12-Step Recovery Divorce, and Beyond Overcoming Adversity
