Now is the time when Small Things Done with Great Love Will Change the World. Even during this time while we stay at home, you can serve and make a significant impact.
Our Serve Seniors team has been serving Mallard Cove, a Senior Center where Vineyard volunteers lead Bible studies and visit the residents regularly. Currently, we are not able to visit due to the health and safety precautions. In fact, no one is permitted to visit, not even family members of the residents.
Join us in writing greeting cards and letters to our friends at Mallard Cove. Just simple notes of encouragement with your favorite verses or simple prayers to remind the residents that we care. The kids can join in by including coloring pages or drawings.
Easy and fun! Simply drop your cards and letters in the mailbox by this Friday, April 3 and we’ll be sure our friends at Mallard Cove receive all the love we have to give.
To our Friend at Mallard Cove,
Hi, my name is [your name] and I attend Vineyard Cincinnati Church.
Just wanted to say that we are thinking of and praying for you. I’ve enclosed a page from my word search puzzle book to share with you. Enjoy!
God’s peace to you,

We aim to reach our city by sharing God’s love in practical ways.
A monthly opportunity to team up and love our city by meeting the needs of others in practical ways. Serve Saturday is fun, family friendly and makes a big impact. Every month, there's a new opportunity to serve, so check out this month's Serve Saturday!
We visit seniors in residential communities on a regular basis to build community with residents who desire relationships.
Our time together consists of games, crafts, conversations, proximity, and a brief worship service or Bible study. Contact Randy at email@example.com for details and to join the team.
Spring Clean Drive
Did you know that SNAP benefits cannot be used to purchase non-food items like household cleaning supplies, paper goods such as toilet paper and paper towels and laundry supplies? Our response is to collect donations of these items annually on Easter weekend, to give away to families served at our Healing Center.
Thanksgiving is a difficult time for many families in our city, especially if the groceries in the home are running thin. Our response is to feed families in need by providing Thanksgiving meals with all the trimmings. Stay tuned for date, details and how to get involved.
Christmas Eve Outreach
We love our city during Christmas Eve services by giving away Busken cookies to those who are working on or during the holiday. It is a small thing done with great love as we celebrate Christmas and serve our city at the same time.
Join Our Support Team
Behind the scenes there is opportunity to serve in Outreach through event set-ups, supply inventory, and weekend support at outreach supply distribution areas inside the church building. Sharing God’s love with no strings attached begins here, preparing for effective outreach to our city. Contact Wendy at firstname.lastname@example.org for details and to join the team.
